The Downton

Ingredients:
2 oz Mrs McCartney’s Blue Jay Blueberry wine
1 oz British Gin
1oz Blue Curacao
3 fresh blueberries
Sprig of mint
Splash of Ty•Nant Welsh sparkling mineral water or club soda

Method:
Mix all the alcohols in a cocktail mixer over ice
Smack the mint to release the oils and rim the glass with the mint flavour
Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute and top off with soda
Add blueberries and mint to a cocktail stick, balance on the rim and serve

Serving accompaniment suggestion:
Blueberry scones with clotted cream.
